My bikes

This is a list of the bikes I own and ride. Click on the links for pictures and more detailed infos:

Tandems:

my full-suspension off-road tandem, a 2001 Tandem Technology 'Pinus Cembra Evo' (with dual Magura Gustav M disk brakes),
my hardtail off-road tandem, a 1996 Santana 'Fusion' (with retrofit Formula HD-5 disk brake),

Road bikes:

my new road bike, 1998/2002 Trek 'Y-Foil 77',
my road bike, 1998 Extratour 'Team',
my bad-weather road bike, a 1980 Kotter 'Tour de France',
which during the winter is my fixed-gear bike (with a description of ideas towards a fool-proof and powerful lighting system),

Mountain bikes:

my full-suspension mountain bike, a 1999 Specialized 'Stumpjumper FSR XC',
my hardtail mountain bike, a 1991 Sakae 'Litage' (with retrofit Magura Julie disk-brake; now featured on www.MTB-classic.de!),

Commuter bikes:

my commuter, a 1988 Mongoose 'Alta'.
my guest bike, an old "Holland-style" lady's bike.

a 1995(?) Diamond Back 'Expert TG', which I rode while I was a student at the University of Texas at Austin, and
a 1991 Vitus 979, which I sold in 1999.
